Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of Perfect Wedding Day at perfectwedding.day ("the Service"). By creating an account, listing a business, or using the Service in any way, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Perfect Wedding Day is a UK wedding supplier directory. We provide a platform where suppliers can list their services and couples can discover them. We are not an agent, broker, or party to any agreement between suppliers and couples. All enquiries and bookings are direct between the parties involved.

2. Supplier accounts

You may only sign up if you are a UK-based business serving weddings, or are authorised to act on behalf of one.
Each supplier may have only one listing.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.
You must keep your contact details accurate so couples can reach you.

3. Listing content

You may only upload content you own or have permission to use. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the Service while your listing is active.
You must not upload anything that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate for a wedding directory.
We may, at our sole discretion, edit, hide, or remove listings that violate these terms or that we judge to lower the quality of the directory. We are not obliged to give a reason.

4. Premium subscriptions & payment

Premium is an optional paid upgrade. The current price is £50 (inc. VAT) per annum, billed once at the time of upgrade. We may change the price in future; existing paid subscriptions are honoured until the end of their current 12-month term.
Premium grants access to additional features as described on our pricing page (gallery, social links, custom call-to-action, verified badge, search priority, and homepage carousel eligibility). These features may evolve over time.
Premium does not auto-renew. We will email you before expiry so you may choose whether to renew.
Premium does not guarantee any specific number of enquiries, bookings, or revenue. We make no representation of commercial outcomes.

5. Refunds

All Premium payments are final and non-refundable. Once your payment is captured, no refund will be issued for any reason — including, but not limited to: deciding the platform isn't for you, deleting your account, taking your listing offline, your business closing, changing categories, dissatisfaction with traffic or enquiry volume, or any other change in circumstances during the 12-month period. If you believe exceptional circumstances apply, you may reach us via the contact form; any decision we make on a goodwill basis is final and creates no precedent or expectation for other cases.

6. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the security or proper operation of the Service.
You must not scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect data from the Service for any purpose without our written consent.
You must not impersonate another business or sign up using somebody else's contact details.
You must not use the Service to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam).

7. Taking your listing offline / closing your account

You may take your listing offline at any time using the toggle on your supplier dashboard. The listing remains stored privately and can be brought back live whenever you choose.
You may permanently delete your account and all associated data using the Delete account button on your supplier dashboard.
Account deletion does not entitle you to any refund of Premium fees previously paid (see section 5).

8. Our right to suspend or terminate

We may suspend or terminate your account or hide your listing at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if continuing your listing would harm the integrity of the directory. If your account is terminated for breach of these terms, no refund will be issued for any Premium fees you have paid.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of business, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of bookings, loss of goodwill, or loss of data arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to your registered address and posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
